Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Adhan, Qibla, Prayer Times mobile application ("Application").

By using this Application, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Application.

This Application has been developed and published by FC Studios ("We", "Us", "Our").

1. Purpose of the Application

The Application has been developed to provide users with information on topics such as Islamic prayer times, qibla direction, religious days, and Asma-ul Husna. All information provided is for general informational purposes and does not endorse any political or sectarian views.

2. License and Usage Rights

By installing the Application on your device, you are granted a personal and non-transferable license to use it. You may not copy, sell, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the Application or any part of it. Violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your right to use.

3. Accuracy of Information

Although prayer times and other religious information are obtained from various reliable sources, absolute accuracy is not guaranteed. Users are advised to confirm with local authorities for important religious observances.

4. Location Information and Notifications

The Application may request permission to access your device's location information to accurately calculate prayer times and the qibla direction. Additionally, with your permission, it may send you reminder notifications. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.

5. Advertisements and Paid Versions

The Application is offered as an ad-supported service to cover its costs. Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising platforms as specified in our Privacy Policy.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Our application may offer additional features such as "Remove Ads" or one-time digital content like "Support Us". These services are offered via in-app purchases.

Subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewable unless cancelled.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

One-Time Purchases (Support):

  • Purchases made in the "Support Us" section are one-time, non-refundable, and do not provide any additional digital or physical goods. These purchases are a voluntary contribution to support the development and maintenance of the application.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

FC Studios cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Application or the misinterpretation of the information provided.

8. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We may also terminate your access to the Application for any violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and in case of any dispute, the Courts of Ankara will have jurisdiction.
